This started as a quick checkout fix. It turned out to be a much bigger problem. One address scattered across three systems that never talked to each other, quietly costing PayPal $160M a year. So, I led the design of a system that can be used across all three surfaces, Profile, Checkout, and Wallet, and built it around the way people already think. They name their places, Home, Work, Mom's house. The system takes care of everything behind them. A full case study is available upon request.
